| Recognizing that many of our clients have special needs and circumstances, HCCH addresses these needs with sensitive case managers who assist patients in establishing eligibility, enrolling in appropriate insurance programs (including Medicare and Medicaid) and making appointments with other care providers. The case managers also help patients understand and comply with prescribed medical treatment. |
