H.O.P.E (Homeless Outreach Partnership Effort) Mobile Medical Unit is a 37 foot medical clinic on wheels, which houses two exam rooms and is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
The vehicle will visit homeless shelters, domestic violence facilities, migrant camps and other service providers for the homeless throughout the tri-county area. It will keep a flexible schedule that will allow patients to make appointments that best suit their needs.
HCCH is recruiting partnerships with host agencies throughout the Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. |
